Day 10 of 14 Day Food Challenge

Had cereal again this morning at 6:00 am. Had intentions of taking a new picture, but I wasn't quite thinking about it this morning. I was hungry. 337 calories. So here is another recycled picture:
 


11:30 - Lunch: some almonds (forgot to take picture) about 100 calories. And a Lean Cuisine Bacon Alfredo Pizza at 320 calories.

At 12:00 or so, the rain starts. By 1:45, the power went out at work. Nobody could do anything except sit by the windows to see. So, we sat around reading magazines for awhile. I had my Protein Bar around 2:00 (200 calories).

At 2:45, I took a quick trip to the grocery store to pick up a few things, ate a slice of turkey with a slice of cheese (85 calories), dropped my stuff off at the house, and came back to work.

Power still out. They decide to let us leave work at 3:30! Only 30 minutes before I would leave anyway. So I head on over to the gym for my 4:30 Spin class, which only 4 people showed up for. I'm blaming the fact that most of the power was out for the afternoon and traffic was crazy. Did the same class profile from Monday. Heavy Climbing.

Came home from the gym, and practiced TurboKick outside with my ipod and portable speakers because the power went out at my house about as soon as I got there at 5:45. Total calories burned on my counter: 1,356.

Since today is Jonas' birthday, and I already gave him his birthday present back in May, I got him a big bag of teriyaki beef jerky. And I had a couple bites myself, probably 2 servings worth, around 150 calories.

Also got him a bag of the most awesome chips ever - Zapp's Voodoo Gumbo! But I didn't eat a single one. WILL POWER!

Made me a sandwich for dinner since Jonas was in class. turkey on whole wheat with American cheese slice, romain lettuce, and horseradish sauce. 225 calories
Later, I finished up what was left of the peanut butter, not even a teaspoon, barely 45 calories.
