Guess what is for breakfast! 6:00 am..........................cereal! and vitamins....337
NOTE: Hamstrings, glutes, hips are a little sore and a little tight from yesterday, right in the spots that need to be tightened! The new turbo round that we did has a lot of back kicks and high knees, plus the squats and curtsy lunges we did in Bootcamp probably added to it.
9:00 - about a half serving of almonds - 100
11:00 - lean cuisine BBQ chicken pizza. - 340
1:18 - leaving work for the weekend - whoo hoo! Heading to Dick's to get my dad and mom birthday presents (Dad's bday today, June 18th, and Mom's bday is July 10th.) I'm getting these chairs.
After Dick's, going to get my hair cut and colored at Lacey's Salon. Went kinda blond with layers.
Then we are headed to Mashulaville. We had a gin and tonic when we got there. :)
Stella LOVES hanging out at my parents house. This is her chilling at the top of the stairs in between the kitchen and the bar.
Since it is Dad's birthday, my mom has filets for all of us! And baked potatos, and a yummy salad. Who knows on the calories because I loaded the baked potato with cheese and sour cream. Sour dough roll, and I put feta and all kinds of good stuff on the salad. It was so good!
Next, we had cake. Strawberry cake with cream cheese icing. A lady my mom knows makes them and she is one of the best. We had it with muscadine ice cream that my brother got from Mississippi State. Somehow, I forgot to take a picture of the ice cream, but here is the cake.

Total for the Day - we'll never know. :) But I don't usually count weekends, so it's all good.
