4:00 - headed to the gym....Vinyasa Yoga, then my Spin class..be back for cals burned...
Oh yeah! - Song of the day (been slacking here) is Rods and Cones by the Blue Man Group. GREAT cardio song!! Playing this in my "Dub Climbing" Spin class tonight, because we are climbing!
Vinyasa yoga was fantastic. Vinyasa means flows, so we were constanty moving. Burned a few calories, and got some great stretches. Then moved on to my spin class where we did lots of climbs in the saddle. I have found that when you are in the saddle, you have to work more because you don't have your body weight. As long as you are not afraid of the resistence, this is a major calorie burner.
After my class, I came home and practiced TurboKick for Thursday. Checked the HR monitor, and 1,184 calories burned for the day.
Dinner - salad with turkey meat, 250 calories + 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter, 285 calories.

Tally for the day - 128 calories for the day. Back on track! Gotta keep it that way for the rest of the week, because I know this upcoming weekend will be a bust.
