6:00 - Started with cereal and vitamins, as usual.
8:00 - Big glass of water. Still no coffee for me.
11:00 - Left over pizza from the Shack.....yummy......but probably about 1000.
2:00 - about a serving of almonds - around 170 calories
3:00 - Pure Protein Bar - 200
5:00 - Head to gym for TurboKick! First time teaching! Hope I don't screw it up! After, will probably stay and go to bootcamp and steal some more ideas from Erin before she moves off to school. :)
I got to the gym a little early and got on the treadmill to warm up for about 20 minutes. Class went pretty good. I definitely need to work on my cueing, but I hope that will get better with time. It's not easy kicking butt and talking at the same time. After Turbo, I taught half of the bootcamp class with Erin. Yay! Total calories burned at gym.....1710!
7:30 - get home from the gym, and have the last piece of left-over pizza. It was a little jacked up and looking sad. Somebody put it in the box folded over. But still tasted gooooooood! About 500 calories probably.
Breakfast - 337
Lunch - 1000 (boo!) but could be more. who knows
Snack - 170
Pure Protein - 200
Gym - (-1710)
Dinner - 500 - could be more....but it really was a small piece. Just a lot of cheese.
